Jinsheng International Investment Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia, engaged in the production, operation, and sales of civil explosives. Established in 2006, the company currently operates a dedicated explosives manufacturing plant equipped with professional production lines and a specialized blasting engineering team. It is a government-authorized enterprise legally licensed to produce and sell civilian blasting materials.
Since its establishment, the company has participated in numerous blasting projects, including involvement in the construction of major hydropower stations in Cambodia, such as the Huadian Russei Chrum Hydropower Station, the Tatai River Hydropower Station, and projects by Cambodia Road and Bridge Construction Company. The company possesses extensive expertise and professional experience in blasting operations.

In addition, Jinsheng provides blasting materials and raw materials to several large-scale enterprises operating in Cambodia, including Cambodia Huaxin Cement Plant, Battambang Conch Cement Plant, TPI Cement Plant, and the large-scale gold mining project currently under development in Mondulkiri.
